The checker reads the file on your device and groups the signals it finds. It does not alter the content or claim to prove that an image was generated by AI.

Clean Prodia files without changing pixels
For JPG, PNG and WebP, the cleaner copies the compressed image payload and removes only selected metadata segments or chunks. It does not use canvas, resize the image or introduce another lossy JPEG encode.
HEIC-to-JPG is the explicit exception because format conversion requires decoding and encoding. Keep the untouched Prodia export whenever provenance or authorship records may matter.

Download the full file from Prodia, inspect its markers, choose the narrowest suitable cleaning scope and verify the clean copy. Then follow the guide for the destination where you plan to publish.
Upload platforms process files differently and may use signals beyond metadata, so removing file fields is not a promise about labels or distribution.

No. Inspection and cleaning happen locally on your device in the browser.
Does cleaning reduce image quality?
JPG, PNG and WebP metadata is rewritten without re-encoding the pixel payload. HEIC-to-JPG conversion is the exception.
Which formats support pixel-preserving cleaning?
JPG, PNG and WebP use metadata-only processing. HEIC/HEIF is converted to a clean JPG.
Why should I inspect before removing metadata?
Inspection shows which metadata is actually present, helping you choose the right scope and avoid discarding useful records.
Can I process several exports together?
Yes. Process up to 30 files per batch, with a maximum size of 15 MB for each file.
What should I do after cleaning a Prodia export?
